One Standard Size Per Product

Unlike clothing, makeup and skincare don't come in "small, medium, large." Every Aurevyn product ships in one standard packaging size, listed on its product page. Below is a general guide to typical sizes by category so you know what to expect.

7-Day Return Policy

At Aurevyn, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, you can return it within 7 days of delivery.

Important: Video Required

Mandatory for returns: Upon receiving the parcel, before opening, record a complete unboxing video.

  • Show the parcel condition in the video (seal, packaging)
  • Record a continuous video while opening the product
  • If the product is damaged/wrong, show it clearly
  • Video must not be blurry or cut

Returns will not be accepted without an unboxing video!

Conditions for Return

  • Product must be in original, unused condition
  • Original packaging and tags must be intact
  • Proof of purchase (Order ID) is required
  • Unboxing video is mandatory for all returns
  • Beauty products must not be opened/used for hygiene reasons

Return Process

  1. Fill out the return form within 7 days
  2. Upload unboxing video (not just images)
  3. Our team will review within 24-48 hours
  4. Once approved, schedule pickup or drop-off
  5. Refund processed within 5-7 working days
