At Aurevyn, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, you can return it within 7 days of delivery.

Mandatory for returns: Upon receiving the parcel, before opening, record a complete unboxing video.

  • Show the parcel condition in the video (seal, packaging)
  • Record a continuous video while opening the product
  • If the product is damaged/wrong, show it clearly
  • Video must not be blurry or cut

Returns will not be accepted without an unboxing video!

Conditions for Return

  • Product must be in original, unused condition
  • Original packaging and tags must be intact
  • Proof of purchase (Order ID) is required
  • Unboxing video is mandatory for all returns
  • Beauty products must not be opened/used for hygiene reasons

  4. Once approved, schedule pickup or drop-off
  5. Refund processed within 5-7 working days
